Cheesy Beef Ranch Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. 95% lean ground beef
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1 oz. ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 8 oz. medium shells
  • 1 cup reduced-fat Mexican cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Add the ground beef to a large skillet with a lid. Break apart the ground beef then add the chopped onion.
  • Once the ground beef is cooked through drain any excess grease.
  • Stir in the beef broth, milk, pasta, and ranch seasoning. Bring it to a boil, reduce heat and simmer.
  • Cover the skillet and cook 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Turn off the heat once the noodles are cooked through and stir in the cheese. Stirring in the cheese will thicken any remaining liquid.
