Ingredients
4oz.lean steak, sliced thin and trimmed of fat
1clovegarlic, minced
2tablespoonsgreen pepper, chopped
2tablespoonsyellow onions, chopped
2tablespoonspart-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
1Mission Carb Balance Tortilla
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Add the steak to a heated skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Let the cook steak until slightly browned then add the garlic. Stir together and push to the side.
Add the onion and green pepper to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Lay out the tortilla. Add the cheese to half of the tortilla, top with the steak and veggies, then close the tortilla.
Spray the skillet with cooking spray then add the quesadilla. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
