Cheeseburger Pie

This cheeseburger pie screams comfort food. And it’s only 3 points per serving! (Click here to view your Weight Watchers points and track it on your app.)

It’s also a quick meal. Perfect for crazy weeknights! It took about 15 minutes to prep and 25 minutes to bake.

This is a recipe I’ve been making for years, but I lightened it up.

The Ingredients

Lean Ground Beef: I used 95% lean ground beef. With the current plan (1/10/25) the ground beef is 0 points.

Skim Milk: This is a simple change that helps to save points. You won’t notice the difference between skim milk and regular milk.

Heart Smart Bisquick: This has less fat and no trans fat compared to regular Bisquick.

Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese: Another simple change that doesn’t impact the dish but helps to save points.

Eggs: This helps to transform the dish into a pie. It’s a great 0 point ingredient.

Onion: Using onion helps to add flavor to the dish.

How to Make Cheeseburger Pie

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray the pie dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Add the lean ground beef and onion to a pan. Brown and break apart the ground beef. Drain any grease then season it with salt and pepper.

Add the eggs, skim milk, and Heart Smart Bisquick to a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until it is blended.

Pour the ground beef into the pie dish. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese onto the ground beef, then pour the Bisquick mixture over it.

Bake for 25 minutes or until it is cooked through in the center. Let it cool slightly before serving.

I made this recipe in a white pie dish. It looks nicer and it’s less prone to discoloration compared to clear glass.
