Cheddar Bacon Ranch Stuffed Celery
This snack is perfect for kids and adults!
It’s quick and easy to make plus it’ll keep you full until your next meal.

Growing up I loved celery filled with peanut butter. These stuffed celery sticks are my new favorite!
The Ingredients
Celery: This adds a delicious crunch plus it’s 0 points. It’s a low-calorie food which is great and it contains dietary fiber and vitamin K.
Cream Cheese: I used reduced fat cream cheese to keep it lower in points. The best part was I couldn’t even tell the difference.
Ranch Seasoning: Mixing this with the cream cheese adds a ton of flavor.
Bacon: My go-to is always center cut bacon. It’s only 1 point per slice.
Cheese: You want to use reduced-fat cheddar cheese. I used sharp cheddar cheese for this recipe.
Green Onions: This adds another pop of flavor. I’ve also made it with red onion and it was good.

How to Make Cheddar Bacon Ranch Stuffed Celery
Make sure you use room temperature cream cheese. This will make it easy to stir.
Cook the bacon slices over medium heat until fully cooked. Add the bacon to a plate with paper towel. Dab off any excess grease.
Once the bacon has cooled, cut it into small pieces.
Clean and dry the celery. Cut each stalk into 3 to 4 pieces depending on the size of the celery.
Add the cream cheese and ranch seasoning to a mixing bowl. Mix together until combined.
I always stir together the cream cheese and ranch before adding the other ingredients. It’s much easier to make sure it’s combined.
Chop one scallion and add it to the cream cheese mixture.
Also add the bacon and shredded cheese. Stir to combine all of the ingredients.
Spread the filling into each of the celery pieces. You can serve immediately or cover and store in the fridge.
