mini phyllo cups

fresh mozzarella balls
1/2
cup
cherry tomatoes
1
tablespoon
basil, chopped
1
tablespoon
balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add the phyllo cups to a baking sheet and bake 3-5 minutes.
Cut each mozzarella ball into 4 pieces and add to a medium bowl.
Cut each cherry tomato into 4 pieces and add to the bowl. Add the basil, salt and pepper then mix together.
Add a spoonful of the Caprese salad mixture to each phyllo cup. Drizzle each one with balsamic glaze.
