Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough
  • 1 1/2 cups boneless skinless chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/3 cup light ranch dressing
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Green onions or chives

Instructions

  • Preheat oven according to the directions on the package.
  • Unroll the dough on a baking a sheet. (If you're not using a nonstick baking sheet spray it with nonstick cooking spray first.)
  • Bake the pizza dough for 8 minutes.
  • Add the shredded chicken to a small bowl. Stir in the Buffalo wing sauce.
  • Take the pizza dough out of the oven and spread on the ranch dressing. Top with the Buffalo chicken and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake 6 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Top with green onions or chives.
