Ingredients
1cup2% cottage cheese
1cupboneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1/4cupbuffalo sauce
1/4cupreduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoononion powder
Green onions, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a small baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Add the cottage cheese to a blender and puree until smooth.
Pour the pureed cottage cheese into a mixing bowl. Add the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until combined.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is heated through. Let it cool slightly then top with the green onions.
