Blueberry Pie Oatmeal - Weight Watchers Freestyle

Yield: 1 serving of blueberry pie filling + 1/2 cup oatmeal = 0 points for purple, 4 points for green and blue

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup - 1 cup cooked oatmeal

Instructions

  • Add blueberries and sugar free maple syrup to a small saucepan. Bring it to a simmer, then add the cornstarch.
  • Cook for 10 minutes on low stirring occasionally.
  • Add 1/2 of the blueberry pie filling to 1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal.
