BBQ Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients

Mission Carb Balance tortillas

boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1/4
cup
sugar-free BBQ sauce
1/2
small
red onion, sliced

tablespoons
reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
In a medium mixing bowl add the shredded chicken breast and sugar-free BBQ sauce. Stir together.
Take one tortilla and add half of the chicken to one side of the tortilla. Top the chicken with red onion, then half of the cheese.
Place the quesadilla in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy.
Remove the quesadilla from the pan and cut it in half.
Repeat all of the steps with the second quesadilla, and serve warm.
