Banana Split
This healthy banana split is 0 points! It’s perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.
It’s also high in protein, with a whopping 24g of protein.

All of that protein will help keep you full for hours.
The Ingredients
Banana: You can’t have a banana split without a banana! I like to use bananas that are pretty ripe. This helps to add some sweetness to the banana split.
Greek Yogurt: Plain, fat-free Greek yogurt adds 22g of protein.
Pudding Mix: I used sugar-free chocolate pudding mix and combined it with the Greek yogurt. This is the “ice cream” portion of the banana split.
Raspberries: Instead of using maraschino cherries, I used raspberries. They’re 0 points and go great with the banana split.
Chocolate Syrup: A drizzle of sugar-free chocolate syrup adds a touch of rich, chocolatey flavor without the extra calories.
Fat-free Reddi Whip: This adds a light and airy texture to the banana split.

How to Make a Healthy Banana Split
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and chocolate pudding mix.
If you place the yogurt in the freezer for 30 minutes, it will give it more of an ice cream texture.
Peel the banana and cut it in half lengthwise.
Lay the halves flat on a plate to form the base of your split.
Scoop the Greek yogurt onto the banana.
Drizzle on the chocolate syrup, then top with the whipped cream and raspberries.
This banana split is so good I felt like I was cheating! Plus it’s filling.
Serving Suggestions
Make this banana split your own by switching up the toppings.
Top it with more fresh fruit. Strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and pineapple are great options.
Instead of chocolate syrup, you can use sugar-free caramel syrup.
If you enjoy a bit of crunch, consider adding a handful of nuts or seeds.
Almonds, walnuts, or chia seeds can provide an interesting texture and an extra layer of flavor. You might also sprinkle a few granola clusters for added crunch

How did you get this to one point with 2 tbsp of pudding mix? I’ve calculated it a couple times and it comes up as 2 points
Great question. I checked my notes, but unfortunately I didn’t write down which pudding brand I used. I often buy a generic one. I calculate the points based on the brand I purchase, but I also weigh it to make sure it is correct. I think it is so important to calculate recipes even if they come with points provided.
I think the pudding is zero points. Look at the nutritional info. Unmixed, as packaged, everything is zero’s. The sugarfree pudding gets a point value when mixing it with milk. She mixes it with zero point Greek yogurt.
